At Country Harbor LLC, we believe local customers should have access to professional restoration services without automatically paying the higher costs associated with large corporate restoration companies.

We offer a Local Pricing Program as well as additional discounts for qualifying customers and organizations.

Our Local Pricing Program

The Local Pricing Program is a direct-pay pricing option between Country Harbor LLC and the customer. It uses Country Harbor line items and pricing, which are separate from the line items and pricing used for insurance/Xactimate billing.

For qualifying customers who pay completed services in full at the time of completion, a 10% Local Pricing adjustment is applied to Country Harbor line items and pricing. Qualifying senior, military, or nonprofit discounts may also be applied, subject to the maximum combined discount of 20%.

This program is designed to provide straightforward, competitive local pricing while reducing the administrative and billing costs associated with insurance-style estimating, documentation, and invoicing.

Xactimate estimates are available upon request and are subject to a $200 Xactimate surcharge.

If the completed services are not paid in full at the time of completion, the Local Pricing Program and applicable discounts do not apply, and the job will be billed using all applicable Xactimate line items and Xactimate pricing.

Xactimate Estimates & Billing

Customers may request an Xactimate estimate or Xactimate-based billing.

The $200 Xactimate surcharge applies to Xactimate estimates and Xactimate-based billing.

This surcharge covers the additional estimating, documentation, and administrative work required to prepare and maintain an Xactimate-based file.

The $200 Xactimate surcharge is separate from any applicable service charges and is not subject to discounts.

Additional 10% Discounts

We offer an additional 10% discount to qualifying:

• Seniors — age 55 and older

• Military — active-duty, reserve, retired, and veterans

• Nonprofit Organizations — qualifying NPOs

These discounts are intended to give back to members and organizations that are important to our local community.

Combine & Save

The Local Pricing Program may be combined with one qualifying 10% discount.

Eligible customers may therefore receive up to 20% off qualifying services.

Maximum combined discount: 20%.

No combination of discounts or promotional pricing may exceed a total discount of 20%.

Payment Requirements

Country Harbor Local Pricing and all applicable discounts require payment in full at the time of completion.

If the completed services are not paid in full at the time of completion:

• The Local Pricing Program does not apply.

• Applicable discounts do not apply.

• All services will be billed using all applicable Xactimate line items and Xactimate pricing.

• The $200 Xactimate surcharge will apply.

Insurance Claims

When an insurance claim is involved, Country Harbor LLC will disclose the availability of the Local Pricing Program and the Xactimate billing option to both the customer and the applicable insurance adjuster and/or carrier claims representative.

The Local Pricing Program is a direct-pay pricing option between Country Harbor LLC and the customer using Country Harbor line items and pricing, which are separate from the line items and pricing used for insurance/Xactimate billing. Country Harbor line items and pricing, including applicable discounts, apply only when the completed services are paid in full at the time of completion.

If the completed services are not paid in full at the time of completion, the job will be billed using all applicable Xactimate line items and Xactimate pricing, subject to the applicable $200 Xactimate surcharge.

The Local Pricing Program does not alter the customer's insurance coverage, deductible, policy terms, or the insurance carrier's determination of coverage or payment.

Customers are responsible for understanding the requirements of their insurance policy and any obligations they may have to their insurance carrier.

Eligibility & Terms

• Discounts apply only to qualifying services.

• Proof of eligibility may be required for senior, military, or nonprofit discounts.

• The Local Pricing Program is subject to service-area and job-type qualifications.

• The Local Pricing Program and one qualifying 10% discount may be combined, for a maximum total discount of 20%.

• Discounts do not apply to the $200 Xactimate surcharge.

• Discounts do not apply to applicable taxes, permits, fees, or other charges that are not eligible for discounting.

• Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Country Harbor LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility and correct pricing errors.
